How do I know what size to choose?
We provide detailed size guides on every product page, including garment measurements and body measurement charts. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more tailored fit or staying true to size for our signature oversized look.
Where are Lucy & Yak clothes made?
We are committed to ethical production. Most of our items are handmade in our partner factory in North India, where we ensure fair wages and excellent working conditions. We also utilize small-scale production in the UK for specific collections.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Please use our online portal to generate a return label; please note that a small fee may be deducted from your refund for return shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 7-14 working days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are your fabrics sustainable?
Sustainability is at our core. We use GOTS-certified organic cotton, recycled polyester, and low-impact dyes. We are constantly working to increase the percentage of circular materials in our collections to reduce our environmental footprint.
Do you offer a Buy-Back scheme?
Yes! Through our 'Re:Yak' initiative, you can return your old Lucy & Yak items to our stores or via mail in exchange for a voucher. We then resell, recycle, or upcycle these items to keep them out of landfills.
