We want you to love your Yaks, but if they aren't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached to support our circular fashion mission.

Pack and Label
Package your items securely—reusing our original eco-friendly mailers if possible—and print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal.
Drop It Off
Take your package to your nearest designated drop-off point; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 working days.
